The ESSC continues its long standing collaboration with the Space Studies Board of the National Academies of Science, Engineering and Medicine in the U. S. The ESSC Chair, Prof. Chris Rapley, is participating in the upcoming Space Studies Board and Aeronautics and Space Engineering Board Joint Meeting May 24-27. At the same time, the Board Director for Space and Aeronautics, Dr Colleen Hartman, is participating in the ESSC plenary meeting, highlighting the close ties of the two boards. As always, we are looking forward to the exchange with our colleagues in the U.S.
